Well, it’s the beginning of 2025 and with new beginnings on the horizon I always find myself planning and checking every aspect of my business ready to take on another year and wring every last drop out of the months ahead!
One thing I always find myself doing while I have a few welcome days off over the break (yeah, I know I’m a loser right?) is checking on suppliers, what’s new in the industry, new innovations and most importantly what you get for your money.
As a business owner I don’t always welcome the “race to the bottom” of customer price expectations and asking you to “beat the other guy”
I always focus more on service, the right service at a fair price.
When I was younger and listening to the various mentors I had and people I looked up to, the most powerful word I found in business was the word FAIR.
Not a “fair” service, no one wants that, but fair pricing so that all parties are left happy.
“If you buy cheap you buy twice” my business partner, Simon, would always say.
So here’s my advice to all business owners out there, as the year begins perhaps it’s time to do the same, take a look at your current pest control company and what they offer. Make sure you’re getting the right deal for your business at a fair price.
