We understand the importance of security at our children’s schools and the peace of mind a designated technician can bring. Therefore all of our schools are allocated a professional and friendly, highly trained principal technician. They are dedicated to your account to assist with continuity with communication and a thorough understanding of the site and its needs.

You will also be allocated one relief technician to cover annual leave and in the unlikely incident of any sickness. They will be the only one be allowed to attend your site, once having shadowed the principal technician on at least one occasion and been introduced to all key staff.

Furthermore, your technician will agree a particular time and date with you, and you will always be serviced within that allocated appointment time. This is to ensure that you know exactly when to expect them, further enhancing strong communication. Gone are the days when you don’t know when your pest controller is next popping by!
